An easy-to-read graphical displays appear that show heart rate, time, distance, pace and intervals to be compared. This helps to analyze future training programs. Its new Interval trainer feature makes you concentrate on workouts instead of tracking laps and intervals. With 99 programmable intervals and adjustable target zone limits, it helps to know when performance needs to be easy and when it has needs to be improved more.
